The 2019 Performance Evaluation Process kicked off in December and is now at the “Manager Meets with Employee” step. This step ends Thursday, February 25 (February 27 for Peace/Security Officers).
It is important all evaluations be completed on time. Managers are strongly encouraged to adhere to the deadlines listed below. Email prompts are being sent as reminders to complete each of the tasks/steps.
As a reminder, if second-level and third-level managers did not approve evaluations by the due date listed in the schedule, evaluations automatically advanced to the next task in the process. In addition, if one of the bolded steps is not completed by the published deadline, the evaluation will be pushed to the next step in the process.
